In season 6, episode 8, the story of Louise Turpin and her children is shown from the viewpoint of her sister. Louise Turpin ends up convicted and incarcerated.

The show is titled My Twisted Sister and is described as When Elizabeth Flores was a child, her sister, Louise, protected her from a family secret. But, when she saw Louise on the news, she knew her sister was evil too.
